Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
This hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and clear with two single beds, but they were a little small. The service was lovely overall, quite helpful with transport questions. The location was a bit far from the main attractions but still quite nice, a short walk from the tram stop. The dining was nice but could have had more choices and hot food for the price. The facilities were decent, but there were some aspects that need improvement.
The hotel is situated in a perfect location with easy access to tram stops and the metro, ideal for girls traveling alone. However, there was a slight issue with the door not closing completely, affecting privacy. The rooms were mostly clean and in a convenient location for transportation.
The hotel is in an okay location with good public transport connections and proximity to Vondel Park, a significant green space in Amsterdam. The rooms are clean and pretty much up to standard, but there was an unsettling incident where someone accessed our room late at night with a key. The service was not very helpful, with a bothersome encounter of a person pretending to be a staff member knocking late at night and a payment issue at check-out despite prepayment. Dining offers a good selection with made-to-order eggs or omelets but inconsistent quality. The facilities are average, with no standout features.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not the best with dusty and sandy floors and beds, but being young, we didn't mind much about the furniture or design. The service was friendly, and they even had toothpaste at reception which was a plus. The location was pretty good, not too far from the center by tram, with nice surrounding open spaces by the canals. The dining options were basic and not worth the price charged.
